Quotes and appointments

Displayed prices are starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise. A booking request is not final until the appointment and service details are confirmed. Quotes may expire and may change when the selected vehicle class, condition, requested work, location, access, or other material information differs from what was submitted.

If additional work is recommended after an in-person inspection, we will explain the reason and request approval before proceeding. Boats, RVs, machinery, and other specialty vehicles require a direct consultation and custom quote.

Vehicle condition and access

• Provide accurate vehicle, condition, and access information when requesting service.
• Ensure we have legal and safe access to the vehicle and enough working space to perform the service.
• Remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive personal items before the appointment.
• Disclose known damage, aftermarket components, delicate materials, recent repairs, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Results and service limitations

Detailing can improve appearance and condition, but results vary with age, material, prior damage, contamination, paint thickness, and maintenance history. Some stains, odors, scratches, etching, oxidation, wear, or defects may not be safely removable. We may decline or modify work that could cause damage or create an unsafe condition.

Deposits, payment, cancellation, and weather

Any applicable deposit, balance, payment timing, cancellation, or rescheduling requirements will be shown during booking or communicated before confirmation. Mobile service depends on safe weather and working conditions; we may reschedule when conditions could compromise safety or service quality.

Photos and content

Vehicle photographs may be taken to document condition and completed work. We will obtain permission before using identifiable customer or vehicle content for marketing. Website text, branding, graphics, and original media are owned by Millers Mobile Detailing or used with permission and may not be reproduced without authorization.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Millers Mobile Detailing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
